Guarantee service outcomes
Control third-party providers
All transactions between users (farmers, experts, suppliers) are done at their own risk.

Pay for services as agreed

Deliver services professionally
Provide accurate qualifications and experience
Comply with all agricultural and legal standards
7. Payments & Fees
Some services may require payment through the platform or directly
KilimoApp may charge service or commission fees
Payments are subject to agreed terms between users and providers
8. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued only where applicable
KilimoApp may facilitate dispute resolution but is not obligated to refund payments
Refund eligibility depends on service agreements
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Use the platform for fraud or illegal activities
Provide false information
Harass or abuse other users
Upload harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
10. Intellectual Property
All content on KilimoApp (logos, text, software) belongs to KilimoApp or its licensors
